• Expertise in all areas of strategy development and implementation, including project management, consensus building and people development
• Formulating and implementing business plans
• Comprehensive knowledge of performance management methodology and tools (like balance score card, MBO -management by objectives and 360 degree feedback)
• Exposure to quality improvement, process-re-engineering and process automation initiatives
• Proven ability to perform and deliver under pressure in a start up environment
• Kuwaiti laws and regulations
• Very good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
